Upon arrival in Kathmandu, one of our office representatives will receive you and assist you to transfer to the hotel. You can take a rest or even stroll around your hotel and try some local foods in the restaurants.
Visit Swoyambhunath Stupa: Start your day by visiting the Swoyambhunath Stupa, also known as the Monkey Temple. This ancient temple is one of the most sacred Buddhist sites in Nepal and offers a panoramic view of the city.
Bouddhanath Stupa: After the Monkey temple, we visit the Bouddhanath Stupa, one of the largest stupas in the world and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This stupa is an important site for Tibetan Buddhists and is surrounded by numerous shops, cafes, and restaurants.
Bhaktapur Durbar Square: We drive to Bhaktapur Durbar Square premises. First, we take lunch in the local restaurant of Bhaktapur and then start to explore the alleys, palaces, and temples around Durbar Square.
Nagarkot: we drive to Nagarkot hill for night halt. We will observe a splendid mountain range from Nagarkot hill. In next morning, we will observe the sunrise over the mountain.
After breakfast, we will drive to Pokhara, a beautiful lakeside city located about 200 kilometers west of Kathmandu. The drive will take around 6-7 hours. Stroll around the lakeside.
Pokhara is a picturesque city located in the western part of Nepal, nestled in the foothills of the Himalayas. It is a popular destination for adventure seekers and nature lovers alike, offering a range of outdoor activities and natural attractions. Boating in Phewa Lake, hiking to the World Peace stupa crossing Phewa Lake, and enjoying the stunning vista from the top of a hill are a few destinations that we cover in Pokhara city. Davis Falls and Gupteswor Cave are other interesting areas to stroll around.
After breakfast, you will be driven to Chitwan, a popular national park located in southern Nepal. The drive will take around 4-5 hours. We reach Chitwan for lunch. After checking in, we can visit the Tharu museum and elephant breeding center. In the evening, we have the Tharu cultural show.
Start your day with a jungle safari in Chitwan National Park, which is home to a wide variety of wildlife, including tigers, rhinos, elephants, and sloth bears. You can take an elephant ride, a jeep safari, or a canoe ride to explore the park and spot some of these animals.
After breakfast, you will be driven back to Kathmandu, which will take around 5-6 hours.
Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square: Visit the Kathmandu Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that features numerous temples, palaces, and courtyards. This square was the former royal palace of the Malla and Shah kings.
Visit Thamel: Finally, visit Thamel, a popular tourist district in Kathmandu that is known for its narrow streets, shops, and cafes. You can buy souvenirs, taste local food, and experience the vibrant nightlife of Kathmandu.
